While certainly broadcast on NASA Television during a Soyuz launch, the video is in whole or in part owned by the Russian Space Agency, as the in-cockpit cameras are theirs. I suspect that the entire video is Russian-made, as the videography style is different from what I'd expect from a NASA video. It is likely this was simply rebroadcast by NASA as a convenience, and their automatic release from copyright should not apply. Huntster (t @ c) 22:22, 15 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  •  Delete. "NASA material is not protected by copyright unless noted". The YouTube source has a standard Youtube licence. NASA is probably hosting it there as fair use or with permission. No free licence is mentioned at the source.--Canoe1967 (talk) 23:44, 15 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
